Our management system

Grin srl aspires to win more and more credibility on the market and acquire new Clients.

In line with the present socio-economic scenery, the company believed correct and appropriate to implement a Quality Management System in compliance with the voluntary Regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

The reason for such choice is based on the principle that diligent and careful application of the norms (both mandatory and voluntary) would carry significant benefits to the company, increasing its capability of providing services and products able to satisfy all customers’ requirements and, as a result, rising company’s competitiveness.

To realize a Quality Management System that aims at continuous improvement of efficiency in all the business activities, every company level will be employed, conveniently endowed with the resources (human, instrumental, economic) necessary to achieve the goals set, that are:

  • Enhancement of Customers’ Satisfaction and of all the parties involved through Complete Satisfaction of the Requisites;
  • Improvement of the Performance and Operational procedures through Reduction of Errors and Training of Personnel;
  • Continuous revision of the Business Objectives and Related Indicators as declared in the Improvement Plan.

Besides these main targets, the company wants to increase the Quality culture in the people working in the Organization, making them aware of the importance of their activity.

Attainment of these objectives will be constantly monitored through constant survey of the customer satisfaction and analysis of the claims.

By attaining such objectives the company intends to create a business strongly focused on its customers, increase its own success and make of customer satisfaction its distinctive trait in a strongly competitive market.

The specific objectives will be defined annually by the Management and transmitted to the whole personnel.

With such grounds, we believe that GRIN srl will take good care of its Clients’ requirements, will be very responsive and efficient and will reach an outstanding position in its sector.
